The Potato Leaf Hopper can be a thorn in the side of alfalfa producers and have been for many producers east of Grand Island. Producers here in Nebraska will typically have some warning as they tend to show up in Kansas before making their way to the cornhusker state. However, if treatment is needed there are some options available to producers.
